A of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE M. FRITZ; TERRI C. MARTIN; CLERK OF COURT SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; MRC RECEIVABLES CORPORATION; UNKNOWNT TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK “A”, TROPICAL SHORES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 50-A AND 50-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
