NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-001533 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT E. ELLIS, JR. A/K/A ROBERT ESTILL ELLIS, JR. A/K/A ROBERT E. ELLIS; LISA ELLIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRANDY MEREDITH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
