NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014933-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN MORTGAGE TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and JACQUELINE G ALOI MCNAMARA A/K/A JACQUELINE ALOI MCNAMARA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE G ALOI MCNAMARA A/K/A JACQUELINE ALOI MCNAMARA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIZIANO II AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
