NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and entered in 2008 CA 018595 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2005, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-E, is the Plaintiff and BERNARD W. SAUNDERS; JANE A PAYNE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 1, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, SHERWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ALSO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 19; THENCE N. 86°36'22”E., 65.68 FEET; THENCE N. 85°44'19”E., 97 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WATERS OF LAKE SHERWOOD, PASSING THROUGH AN IRON ROD AT 86.45 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE SHORELINE OF SAID LAKE, 11.8 FEET, PLUS OR MINUS, IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION AND 165 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
