Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2013 CA 008331 NC on April 7, 2014 in the Circuit Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 100, OAK FORD GOLF CLUB SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 31, 31A-31Y, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (“Lot 100”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 12, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
