NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-016392 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA1 is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER GRUEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 16 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 21-103, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004247846, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
