NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in 2013CA001123 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and EWA NOSAL F/K/A EWA OWSIEGA; ZDZISLAW NOSAL; SUMMERWOOD II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, SUMMERWOOD II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 40, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
