Unit Week No. 1 in Condominium Unit 202, SEA CLUB V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422, Page 293, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
and
Unit Week No. 2 in Condominium Unit 202, SEA CLUB V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422, Page 293, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
and
Unit Week No. 3 in Condominium Unit 202, SEA CLUB V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422, Page 293, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Richard A. Ulrich, Esq., Judd, Ulrich, Scarlett, Wickman & Dean, P.A., the plaintiff's attorney whose address is 2940 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida 34239, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
