NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-001600 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALBERT B KHLEIF; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT B. KHLEIF N/K/A JANE DOE; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 3102 ARCH LAND TRUST U/T/D 10/13/05; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3102 ARCH LAND TRUST U/T/D 10/13/05; CITY OF NORTH PORT; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTINE NORDSTROM are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
