NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007803 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. M & T BANK, Plaintiff and WILLIAM SUMLIN A/K/A WILLIAM B. SUMLIN, DECEASED; CHARLES E. SUMLIN; GARY E. SUMLIN; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM on this May 22nd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 90, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT NO. IV AMENDED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 16 THROUGH 16E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
