NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-051721 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association for the Holders of the Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007- AR4 is the Plaintiff and Mary Ellen Lauria a/k/a MaryEllen Lauria; Unknown Spouse of Mary Ellen Lauria a/k/a MaryEllen Lauria; Joseph F. Commendatore; Nanette R. Commendatore; Cassia at Vasari Condominium Association, Inc.; Vasari Country Club Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 7, CASSIA AT VASARI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000122374, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
