NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 12th day of May, 2014, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
A portion of Lot 20, SADDLE CREEK unit 1, a subdivision in sections 10, 11, 14, 15 and 23, Township 37 S., Range 19 E, Sarasota County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 27 through 27C, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 20, also being a point on the Centerline of Palomino Place, and (80' wide) private road easement; thence S 13° 26' 09” E, along the Easterly line of said Lot, 540' to the Southeast, corner of said Lot; thence S 89° 18' 02” W, along the Southerly line of said Lot, 958.95' to the Southwest corner of said Lot, said point also being on the Centerline of a (160' wide) permanent easement for Cowpen Slough, as recorded in O.R. Book 514, pages 365 through 370, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence N 00° 41' 58” W, along the Westerly line of said lot, also being the Centerline of said permanent easement for Cowpen Slough, 135' to a point; thence leaving said line run N 89° 18' 02” E, 400' to a point; thence N 48° 04' 06” E, 518.45' to a point; thence N 00° 41' 58” W, 50' to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 20, said point also being on the aforementioned Centerline of Palomino Place; thence N 89° 18' 02” E, along said Northerly line, 50' to the Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
