NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 002234 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1999-2 is Plaintiff and MARIA ALONSO A/K/A MARIA C. ALONSO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA ALONSO A/K/A MARIA C. ALONSO N/K/A ROBERTO ALONSO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of May, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, LEISURE LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION ACQUIRED BY SARASOTA COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION BY FINAL JUDGMENT AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2779, PAGE 2990 OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
