NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053091 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 5 day of May, 2014 at www.lee.realforclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 3100, UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA (“Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
