NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-054247 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 5 day of May, 2014 at www.lee.realforclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 422, Building 4, SAN MIRAGE AT BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to The Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4596 at Page 2292 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
