NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 004005 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT MARTINSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT MARTINSON; LE CHATEAU ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 13, OF LE CHATEAU, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 899, PAGES 951 THROUGH 1007, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
