NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment filed April 4, 2014 and entered in Civil Action Case No.: 14-CA-050123 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 7 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at a found 3” x 3” concrete monument marking the Northeast corner of Section 10, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, run North 89°58'32” West along the North line of said Section 10 (basis of bearings) for 1772.64 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run South 00°02'04” West for 561.82 feet to the centerline of 30.00 foot ingress and egress easement; thence run North 89°58'32” West for 775.66 feet; thence run North 00°06'05” East for 561.82 feet to said North line of Section 10; thence run South 89°58'32” East along said North line for 775.01 feet to the Point of Beginning.

TOGETHER WITH the 2002 REDM double-wide mobile home having ID Nos. FLA14616453A and FLA14616453B, Title Nos. 84633951 and 84633983, and RP Decal Nos. 12092388 & 12092389, which is permanently affixed to real property. Parcel ID No.: 10-43-27-00-00001.1130
