NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055141 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PNMAC MORTGAGE OPPORTUNITY FUND INVESTORS, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND A. BURGESS A/K/A RAYMOND BURGESS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 27, Unit 7, Section 29, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 44, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
