NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 8, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-050030 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST 2007-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC2, Plaintiff, and ELIEZER FIGUEROA, MARGARITA FIGUEROA, KLAUS-DIETER BROCK, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 8 day of May, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 4767, UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE OF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK22, PAGES 58-87, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
