NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed April 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051915 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR CWALT 2006-J6 is the Plaintiff and DAVID J GLOVER; LINDA E GLOVER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A LORI MOBLEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVID MOBLEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
