FIRNHABER A/K/A PETER FIRNHABER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER M. FIRNHABER A/K/A PETER FIRNHABER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A EDWEG MORETA; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSEESION #2 N/K/A BRICE EMELYNE; CITY OF CAPE CORAL are the Defendant(s).
