NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014, in Case No.: 13-CA-53393 of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and GABINO G. COSTILLA, SUSAN K. COSTILLA, PERICO'S, INC., Et Al., are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 A.M on May 8th, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 64 and 65, Block 508, Unit 12, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 49 through 55, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTERST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
