Myers, Florida, I will sell the highest bidder for cash, except as hereafter set forth, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m. on the 8 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 804, IN BUILDING 08, OF VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000027321, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
