NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-51023 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Freedom Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Bozenza T. Rodill, James W. Rodill, Tenant #1 n/k/a Mark J. Rodill, Tenant #2 n/k/a Michael V. Rodill, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
