Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-053671, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and ALEJANDRO FALLA-RAMIREZ; JANE TENANT N/K/A HEATHER R. BLANCHAID; JOHN TENANT N/K/A JOHN F. FRESH; BOTANICA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 9, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, OF BOTANICA LAKES PLAT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000065663, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
