NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 9 day of April, 2014, in Civil Action No. 13-CA-053357, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, CUMBERLAND ENTERPRISES, LLC, TERRAPIN STATION ENTERPRISES, LLC, JENNIFER A SNOW, JOHN M. SNOW, SKY HIGH BACKGROUNDS, INC, LIGHTTOOLS, INC., STEPHEN E. PILBY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on behalf of THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, FEDEX TECHCONNECT, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT#2, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9 day of June, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 4, ANDERSON HEIGHTS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 59, together with that portion of vacated alley as set out in Miscellaneous Book 25, page 520, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
