NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2014, and entered in U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4 TRUST is the Plaintiff and Susan Lasky a/k/a Susan D. Lasky, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00a.m. on the 7 day of July, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK B, SECTION 1, UNIT A, TOWN & RIVER ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 143 & 144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
