BURKE A/K/A HENRY BURKE; LINDA R. BURKE A/K/A LINDA BURKE; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 44, 45 AND 46, BLOCK 1272, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 96 TO 120, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
