NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053411 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2007-QA1 is Plaintiff and ROBERT W. VOLLMER, CITY OF FORT MYERS, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. VOLLMER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12 day of May, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A Tract or Parcel of land located in Government Lot 1, Section 5, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, City of Ft. Myers, Lee County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:

From the Northernmost comer of Lot 1 of UNIT NO. 1, CORAL PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 38 of the Public Records of Lee County run North 31 49' 40” West along the prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1 for 3.39 feet to the Northwesterly line of Cypress Lane (50 feet wide) according to deed recorded in Deed Book 161, Page 532 of said Public Records to the Point of Beginning.

From said Point of Beginning continue North 31 49' 40” West for 166.77 feet; thence run North 58 06' 55” East for 98.95 feet; thence run South 31 53' 05” East for 153.50 feet to an intersection with said right-of-way line of Cypress Lane; thence run South 50 29' 30” West along said right-of-way line for 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based on the West line of Parcel “A” to bear North 31 49' 40” West as cited in Deed Book 286, Page 77 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT Government Lot 1, Section 5, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, City of Ft. Myers, Lee County, Florida which tract or parcel is described as follows: Beginning at the Northerlymost corner of Lot 1, UNIT NO. ONE, CORAL PARK, Plat Book 10, Page 38, Lee County Records and run North 31 49' 40” West along the prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1 for 125.00 feet; thence run South 5810' 20” West for 30.00 feet; thence run South 31 49' 40” East for 125.13 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 1; thence run North 57 55' 07'' East along said Northwesterly line for 30.00 feet to a Point of Beginning;

AND a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the Northeasterly line of said strip is described as follows: Beginning at the Northerly most corner of said Lot 1 line and run North 31 49' 40” West along the prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1 for 125.00 feet; thence run South 58 10' 20” West for 16.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described Northeasterly line. From said Point of Beginning run North 31 49' 40” West for 330 feet more or less to the Northwesterly side of an existing concrete seawall at the Caloosahatchee River and the end of the herein described Northeasterly line.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
