NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-050720 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PA1, is the Plaintiff and Maxine A. Bryan, Don Bryan a/k/a Donnovan R. Bryan, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 7th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
