NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-053371 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC f/k/a WM Specialty Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Judy R. Weaver, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 140 FEET OF LOT 9, LESS THE EAST 60 FEET OF THE NORTH 140 FEET OF SAID LOT 9, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TWIN BROOK ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
