LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 3976, CAPE CORAL UNIT 55, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
