NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-052007 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE R. AXBERG; FOREST CREEK VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT#2; GEORGE RAXBERG A/K/A GEORGE RAXBERG, III; PENNY ANN SPINA A/K/A PENNY SPINA; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGE RAXBERG, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00AM on May 9, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
