NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-053637 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and MARIA C. BELTRAMI A/K/A MARIA BELTRAMI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA C. BELTRAMI A/K/A MARIA BELTRAMI; LAS BRISAS CONDOMINIUM HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAS BRISAS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SPANISH WELLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00AM on May 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 203, BUILDING NO. 2, PHASE NO. 2, OF LAS BRISAS CONDOMINIUM HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2648, PAGE 4153, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
