NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosre dated April 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-057190 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Holders of the GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-17 Asset Backed Certificates Series 2006-17 is the Plaintiff and Matthew Miele; Unknown Spouse of Matthew Miele; Chesapeake Cove at Hawthorne Condominium Association, Inc.; Hawthorne Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 20-202, CHESAPEAKE COVE AT HAWTHORNE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000234894, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND /OR SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
