Thornberry, Joyce E. Thornberry, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Tenant # 1 also known as Kenneth Cross, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 7th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
