NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 11 day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052940, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. MUNIZ ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF WELLS FARGO, THE ISSUER OF A WELLS FARGO FINANCE CREDIT ACCOUNT INTERNATIONAL PORTFOLIO, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com a.t, 9:00AM on the 15 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 51 AND 52, BLOCK 2185, UNIT 33, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 40 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
