NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2014,and entered in 13-CA-054021 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is the Plaintiff and JOYCE V. BEARD A/K/A JOYCE BEARD; PAMELA LEE HARGETT A/K/A PAMELA L. HARGETT A/K/A PAMELA HARGETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA LEE HARGETT A/K/A PAMELA L. HARGETT A/K/A PAMELA HARGETT N.K.A BOB HARGETT; MERION VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. AT THE HIDEAWAY COUNTRY CLUB; HIDEAWAY COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on August 8, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 124, BUILDING 1, OF MERION VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM AT THE HIDEWAY COUNTRY CLUB, AND THE UNDIVIDED 1/80TH SHARE OF INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF PARKING SPACE NO. 73, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1722, PAGES 4477 THROUGH 4513, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1733, PAGE 1006, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
