NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-058804, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman Brothers Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, is the Plaintiff, and Jerald Chlipala, Esquire, as Curator of the Estate of Stanley E. Bopp, deceased; Janet A. Bopp; John R. Bopp; Steven Edward Bopp; Unknown Heirs at Law of the Estate of Stanley E. Bopp, deceased; Luis Fernandez, as last known director of Summit Construction of SW Florida, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation; Douglas William Huber d/b/a Pam's Mattress Direct; Carole Gellis, as the last known officer and trustee of Crystal Glass & Mirror, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation; and Elizabeth Andino, d/b/a E & A Discount, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the Lee County Clerk's website for on-line auctions on May 14, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Lee County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
