NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Directing Clerk of Court to Disburse Non-Resident Cost Bond to Plaintiff, Synovus Bank entered on April 1, 2014 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 31, 2014, the following property described below, situated in Pasco County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
Lot 17, CONNIEWOOD, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 136 and Official Record Book 1074, page 218 all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
