NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004604-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Meyer; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey A. Meyer; Jeffrey A. Meyer, as Trustee of the J & K Land Trust Dated Oct. 11, 2004; Karen A. Malluck; Unknown Spouse of Karen A. Malluck; Karen A. Malluck, as Trustee of the J & K Land Trust Dated Oct. 11, 2004; If living, including any unknown spouse of said defendant(s) if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1747, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 11-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
