NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-09841 DIV. F, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ELLINGTON LOAN ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and HAROLD E. RENNER; SHANNON E. RENNER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A STEVEN BACH are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
