NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-13101 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARIEL KEE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARICIA KEE, MARCIA KEE, ARIEL KEE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, SUMMERGATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , TENANT #3, TENANT #4, TENANT #1 N/K/A LAKETTA LEE, TENANT #2 N/K/A NEIL LEE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 13, SUMMER GATE TOWNHOMES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 150-155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
