NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-014747, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and RONALD L. DEARTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD L. DEARTH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NE CORNER OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 2, RUN THENCE SOUTH (ASSUMED) A DISTANCE OF 1323.40 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 2; THENCE S. 89 DEGREES 55 MIN 09 SEC. W. 852.63 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 55 MIN. 09 SEC. W., A DISTANCE OF 179.36 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 301.10 FEET; RUN THENCE N 89 DEGREES 55 MIN 09 SEC. E, A DISTANCE OF 179.36 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 301.10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE SOUTH 33.00 FEET THEREOF.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
