NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-009824 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, DELORES D. FOWLER N/K/A DELORES DFREDERICKS, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELORES D. FOWLER N/K/A DELORES D. FREDERICKS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commencing at the SE Corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Secion 18, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; run thence South 88 degrees 01 minute West a distance of 21.55 feet; thence run North 01 degree 51 seconds West a distance of 496.75 feet; thence run South 88 degrees 56 seconds West a distance of 31.81 feet to a Point of Beginning. From said P.O.B. run thence South 88 degrees 56 minutes West a distance of 298.09 feet, thence run South 01 degree 51 seconds East a distance of 47.05 feet, thence run North 80 degrees 44 minutes East a distance of 300.39 feet; thence run North 01 degree 51 minutes West a distance of 4.55 feet to said Point of Beginning, subject to an easement for a waterline across the North 4.0 feet of the above described tract.
Being that parcel of land conveyed to DELORES D. FOWLER N/K/A DELORES D. FREDERICKS from DAVID C. FOWLER AND DELORES D. FOWLER by that deed dated 11/18/2005 and recorded 11/18/2005 in Deed Book 15775 and Page 1831 of the HILLSBOROUGH County, FL Public Registry.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
