NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-ca-001646 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and Juan Franco; Callao 1031, A Florida Limited Liability Company; Rivercrest Community Association, Inc are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 31, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL K AND P, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 293, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
