Final Judgment was awarded on May 1, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-08349, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA 2007-2 is the Plaintiff, and, MANUEL ABREU; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA); AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 1, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2301 IN BUILDING 2300 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
