NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-013290, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RASC 2006-EMX2 is the Plaintiff and DAWN M. SERINA; BOYETTE SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROBERT SERINA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 7, BOYETTE SPRINGS SECTION “A”, UNITS 5 & 6, PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
