NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006323 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CHRYSLER FINANCIAL COMPANY, L.L.C., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CHRYSLER FINANCIAL CORPORATION, FREDY A. FERNANDEZ, LA CASA SIERRA CORPORATION, LARITZA TORRES, UNKNOWN TENANT (S), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, less that portion of said lot conveyed to the City of Tampa described in Official Records Book 5759, Page 1161, HABANA GARDENS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 8, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
