Final Judgment was awarded on March 26, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2008-CA-009304, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5CB is the Plaintiff, and, RAYMOND E. DAVIS; LINDA D. DAVIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
